Darren Cooper

Chief Executive Officer

Darren is an entrepreneur who has established and grown a number of businesses over the last 20 years. Darren has a wealth of experience in the claims management sector, having previously founded and led LAS which, following private equity investment, was successfully sold in 2014. Darren saw an opportunity to re-enter the claims management market and co-founded Evolution in 2015.

RUSSELL CREWE

Managing Director

Russell has worked in the insurance sector for in excess of 30 years, initially as a Loss Adjuster, holding senior leadership team positions since 2003. Most recently he held the position of Chief Operating Officer for a major Claims Management Company, following their acquisition of an insurance business which saw Russell oversee significant growth whilst Managing Director.

His interests include travel, golf and football.

Neil Munn

Chief Financial Officer

Neil co-founded Evolution with Darren Cooper in 2015. Neil is an experienced commercial Finance Director. KPMG trained, Neil has spent the last 25 years in senior finance roles in high-growth, entrepreneurial businesses across a variety of sectors including financial services, business support and professional services.

At Evolution, Neil is responsible for our financial strategy and was the architect of our innovative fixed fee pricing model. He leads the Finance, IT and HR teams and works closely with the operational teams to ensure cost effective delivery of services to our clients.

Ritchie Marshall

Client Services Director

Ritchie started his career at Commercial Union and has over 25 years’ experience working in the insurance claims management sector. Formerly Client Operations Director at LAS, Ritchie has experience in claims, loss adjusting and client management. Ritchie is responsible for performance and directing our strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the business.

Martin Thompson

Head of Operations

Martin started his career over 17 years ago within the Loss Adjusting arena. Within the largest adjusting firms, he undertook various roles such as loss adjuster and project manager, which developed his key technical skillset. He then made the successful transition into management. Having built and lead several successful and high performing operations, Martin moved into a Strategic Accounts Management role which enhanced his client relationship capabilities. Martin is now responsible for the performance and growth of our operation, while ensuring we exceed our client’s requirements.

Steve has over fifteen years experience in the construction industry starting as a time served joiner before moving into project management roles. Steve entered the insurance industry in 2007 where he worked in various technical auditing and compliance roles prior to joining Evolution in 2016. Steve leads the Technical and Customer Experience teams and has overall responsibility for our trusted contractor partners.
